What is an NOC Certificate?

NOC stands for No Objection Certificate which is a type of legal certificate issued by any agency, organization, institute or in certain cases, an individual. It does not object to the covenants of the certificate.

NOC is also known as Consent Letter or Permission Letter. In this letter the writer agrees terms & conditions and he/she couldn't object to anything happens in future.

How to write NOC for school picnic from parents?
